My name is Yige Wan, please feel free to call me Willa. I graduated from Boston University, and since then I have accumulated valuable experience as a marketing practitioner and team leader in both startup environments and global enterprises. Notably, I have contributed to renowned organizations such as IBM and Bytedance, the parent company of TikTok. Throughout my professional journey, I have developed a genuine passion and understanding for marketing and aspire to pursue a Ph.D. in the field to delve into research and address questions that have emerged during my years in the industry.

 My goal is to conduct in-depth marketing research that advances academic and theoretical innovation, creates lasting impact, and delivers meaningful, actionable solutions for businesses.
